Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 19-27. 

    Don W. Hanson Jr., 40, of Thomaston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs April 11, 2019, 10 years in prison with all but three years 171 days suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; illegal possession of a firearm April 11, 2019, three years 171 days in prison.

    Scott D. Saucier, 54, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Aug. 27, 2019, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 23, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 23, 30 days in jail. 

    Gail Curtis, 36, of Stockton Springs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Feb. 9, 2020, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.

    William H. Nunn, 26, of Monroe, forgery in Troy Nov. 19, 2019, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Freedom Nov. 19, 2019, dismissed; theft by deception in Freedom Nov. 19, 2019, dismissed; violating a protection from abuse order in Monroe Sept. 29, 364 days in jail with all but six months suspended and one year of probation; operating after habitual offender revocation in Monroe Oct. 2, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Monroe Oct. 2, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Palermo Dec. 21, 90 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Knox Dec. 23, 90 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Knox Dec. 23, 90 days in jail; assault in Knox Dec. 23, dismissed. 

    Adam Snodgrass, 25, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast March 13, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville April 12, 2020, five days in jail; criminal mischief in Searsport Aug. 15, 10 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport Aug. 15, 10 days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening in Searsport Aug. 15, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 18, 10 days in jail; operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 29, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 29, dismissed.  

    Hugh A. Pomeroy, 45, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Swanville Aug. 11, dismissed. 

    Allen J. Farrington, 59, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Waldo Oct. 5, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

    Craig Sullivan, 31, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 10, dismissed; failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registration Act in Monroe Sept. 11, dismissed. 

    Jodi Gardner, 52, of Brooks, violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 25, dismissed. 

    Devon Palmer, 26, of Appleton, driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 20, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 30, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 30, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 30, dismissed. 

    Robert Bracken, 25, of Warwick, Rhode Island, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Belmont Dec. 30, both dismissed. 

    Jonathan B. Lawrence, 20, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 21, dismissed. 

    James W. Hall, 62, of Swanville, failing to stop or provide information in Belfast Jan. 29, dismissed. 

    Jamie L. Lavin, 51, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Searsport Feb. 17, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Brad Eden, 62, of Monroe, abuse of property while hunting in Monroe March 16, $100 fine. 

    Christopher Daley, 37, of Searsmont, violating a condition of release in Belfast May 23, 48 hours in jail.
