ST. GEORGE — Peter James McClure, aged 54, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Tuesday, May 11, 2021.

Peter was a long time Midcoast resident, and made his living from the ocean as most Midcoast residents do. He was a hard worker, and was experienced in most areas of the fishing industry. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and cooking.

Peter is survived by his brother, Jason McClure; sister, Megan Harmon; daughter, Myra McClure; sons, Brandon and Cote McClure; and grandsons, Colin and Jasper.

He will be missed.
