Pope Memorial Humane Society held its first-ever K9 Carnival at Rockland Harbor, Saturday, Sept. 28. The event celebrated the Society’s 30th anniversary with a doggy obstacle course, canine-related vendors, and many chances to ogle at man and woman’s best friend.
