UNION — Yankee Clipper Pet Grooming, in Rockport, announced that after more than 40 years they are moving to a new location at 3121 Heald Highway, in Union.
“The staff from Yankee Clipper will all remain to take the same exemplary care of Midcoast pets they have offered for over four decades,” said the business, in a news release.
The new location will be owned and operated by Megan King, the current manager of Yankee Clipper, and will be called Home Away Pet Grooming and Day Boarding. Along with grooming and day care, the facility will offer a state-of-the-art self-serve bathing station.
Home Away’s mission is to provide kind, safe and professional care to the animals entrusted to them, and to make pets feel as comfortable at Home Away as they are in their own home.
