WARREN — Betsy Witherbee Milliken Giustra, 79, died peacefully, Monday, September 23, 2019 at Sussman Hospice House, in Rockport.

A memorial service will be held Friday, September 27, at 10 a.m., at Thomaston Baptist Church, Main Street, in Thomaston; a reception will follow.
