Thomaston Grammar students recognized for honesty

THOMASTON — Several Thomaston Grammar School students were recognized for the attribute of honesty at a school-wide assembly on May 24. The students receiving the Honesty Award have very high standards and the highest of moral values.
These students are real, authentic, and genuine. They hold others accountable to being truthful in situations such as being honest in the classroom, lunchroom, playground, and following school rules.
Ava Chamberlin was also awarded the Principal’s Award at this assembly.
Ava has a kind heart and a kind soul. She delights in the happiness of others. She works hard to make those around her feel cared about and valued. She has a positive attitude and has learned to advocate for herself so that she can have the best learning environment possible, and she advocates for her fellow Thomaston Grammar School community members as well.
She believes in what is right and what is good and lives by that internal code in all that she does and says.
Congratulations to all the students who received awards at TGS!
