ROCKLAND — Ruth B. Phillips, 100, passed from this life to her Heavenly home, Wednesday, February 27, 2019, following a brief illness.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Burpee, Carpenter and Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland.
The Rev. Russell Bailey will officiate.
