William D. ‘Billy’ Fowlie, 87, husband of the late Jannette Polkey Fowlie, died Thursday, September 20, 2018 at an Orlando, Florida, hospital after a period of declining health.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, October 1, 2018, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland. A full obituary will be published. To share a memory or story with Billy’s family, please visit their online Book of Memories at www.bchfh.com.
