The Wessaweskeag Historical Society will celebrate Heritage Day, Saturday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 8 Dublin Road, South Thomaston.
Available for purchase will be "Burger Meals": burger, chips, drink, and sweet treat.
"Not a member?...$15 gets you a meal AND a membership," said WHS, in a news release. "Free or 'make a donation' for current members."
Bake Sale will offer homemade cookies and bars.
Midcoast Community Band performs at 1 p.m.
The Museum and Schoolhouse will be open with "lots of new displays to see," said WHS.
