WALDOBORO — Medomak Valley High School’s graduation this year is looking very different than usual thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The high school is holding a drive-in ceremony on Wednesday, June 10 in the student parking lot. 

Seniors are graduating in groups of 25 and four to six sessions will be offered with seniors signing up for their preferred time at either 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. or 7 p.m. 

In groups of five, seniors and up to four family members will be called to the stage for scholarship awards and/or diploma presentations.

A family member will hand the diploma to the senior and a photograph will be taken by a school staff member for free distribution.
