BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 6-19.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 6
Candy Duprey, 36, of Unity, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Bangor Road in Unity.
Sept. 8
Jaison Hashey, 49, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to register an ATV on Reynolds Road in Brooks.
Sept. 10
Thomas Benner, 58, of Swanville, was issued a summons for criminal threatening, stemming from an incident Aug. 25, which allegedly occurred on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville.
Rochelle J. Skillings, 34, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
