    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 24 - Nov. 8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Oct. 24

    Jacob S. Aitken, 26, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville. 

    Oct. 27

    James R. Holsomback, 39, of Brooks, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and failure to provide proof of insurance on Veterans Highway in Brooks. 

    Oct. 28

    Guy R. Porter, 64, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Upper Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

    David J. Riley, 59, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating while in possession of an open alcohol container on a public way on Route 3 in Belmont. 

    Oct. 31

    Makenzi B. McGravy, 20, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, was issued a summons for speeding 70 mph in a 45 mph zone on North Searsport Road in Swanville. 

    Patrick J. Conlon, 18, of Morrill, was issued a summons for furnishing or allowing consumption of liquor by a minor on Cross Road in Morrill. 

    Jon W. Dow, 60, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening on Muskrat Farm Road in Stockton Springs. 

    Nov. 2

    Kenneth Cox, 51, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for violation of a protective order and assault on Ghent Road in Searsmont. 

    Nov. 6

    Timothy Moody, 29, of Northport, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and operating after suspension on Waldo Ave in Belfast. 

    Nov. 7

    Matthew J. Brennick, 40, of Northport, was issued a summons for not stopping and providing information on Beechwood Lane in Northport. 

    Nov. 11

    Michael M. Henderson, 32, of Unity, was arrested for violation of a protective order and violation of bail conditions on Cedar Place Lane in Unity. 

    Nov. 14

    Drake Knight-Martin, 20, of Morrill, was issued summonses for operating a defective motor vehicle and failure to register a motor vehicle on Moosehead Trail in Waldo.
