BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 20-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Sept. 14 (late entry)

William A. Bailey, 54, of Knox, was issued summonses for operating under the influence, failure to notify of an accident via quickest means, and leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Mitchell Road in Freedom. 

Oct. 9

Dale A. Haskins, 22, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence and attaching false plates on Marsh Stream Road in Frankfort. 

Oct. 20

Samantha J. Brown, 42, of Swanville, was issued a summons for violating a protective order in Swanville. 

Oct. 25

Robert A. Seger, 63, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for assault on Upper Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

Oct. 26

Abel J. Lemur, 43, of Winterport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and imprudent speed on Stream Road in Winterport. 

Oct. 28

Felicia Moulton, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
