BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Sept. 15 - Oct. 9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Sept. 15

Scott Swift, 33, of Northport, was arrested for (two counts of) unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Rocky Road in Northport. 

Sept. 22

Joshua Smith, 30, of Orland, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave in Belfast. 

Sept. 25

Kyle M. Waters, 31, of Freeport, was arrested for failure to provide proof of insurance, operating in more than one travel lane, and operator possessing an open alcohol container on a public way on North Searsport Road in Prospect. 

Sept. 28

Rachel Curtis, 34, of Winterport, was issued a summons for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Boston Road in Winterport.

Sept. 29

Ashleigh Gibbs, 30, of Brooks, was arrested for violation of bail and possession of heroin on School Street in Brooks. 

Destiney E. Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after habitual offender revocation on Thorndike Road in Unity. 

Sept. 30

Keegan Davis, 20, of Lincoln, was arrested for domestic violence assault on North Main Street in Winterport.

Eric Parker, 33, of Frankfort, was arrested for violation of bail on Marsh Street in Winterport. 

Oct. 3

Lisa A. Easter, 44, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on East Main Street in Searsport. 

Sean Floyd, 53, of Swanville, was arrested for harassment and (two counts of) violating conditions of release on Walters Road in Swanville.

Kyle J. Anderson, 27, of Unity, was issued a summons for burning without a permit on Bangor Road in Unity. 

Oct. 7

Richard D. Palmer, 28, of Swanville, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to register a vehicle on Stream Road Winterport.
