    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 13-26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    May 30 (late entries)

    Andrew L. Bristol, 28, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for terrorizing on Reid Road in Thorndike. 

    Shawn Bristol, 28, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for terrorizing on Reid Road in Thorndike. 

    May 31 (late entry)

    Jessie P. Reynolds, 27, of Knox, was issued a summons for assault (two counts) on School Street in Brooks. 

    June 13

    Joan Giles, 68, of Prospect, was issued a summons for assault on Searsport Ave in Swanville. 

    June 16

    Tyler J. Donohue, 34, of Readfield, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on North Palermo Road in Palermo. 

    June 19

    Stephen M. Browne, 33, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Oak Street in Winterport. 

    June 21

    Jared Prisco, 29, of Swanville, was issued summonses for speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone and failure to provide proof of insurance on North Searsport Road in Searsport. 

    June 22

    Brandi P. Nickerson, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, violating conditions of release, and operating without a license (violation of restriction) on Route 1 in Belfast. 

    James D. Brown, 32, of Monroe, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle, failure to produce a driver’s license, failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Stream Road in Monroe. 

    Randy S. Fairbrother, 39, of Prospect, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, a seatbelt violation, and attaching false plates on Searsport Ave in Belfast.
