    BELFAST — 

    The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 28 - April 13. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    March 28

    Destiney Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, operating after suspension, and operating without a license on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville. 

    April 6

    Robert A. Albertson, 56, of Winterport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Stream Road in Winterport. 

    April 9

    Corporal Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Mount View Road in Thorndike, where an operator failed to navigate a corner. The vehicle, a 2015 Toyota, left the roadway before striking an embankment. The driver of the vehicle was uninjured while their passenger suffered a possible injury; the vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage. 

    April 11

    Stephen L. Bortell, 60, of Unity, was issued a summons for assault on School Street in Unity. 

    Shane A. Milliard, 28, of Unity, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.
