BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 20-27. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

April 20

Randy S. Elwell, 19, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

April 21

Richard L. Decesere, 70, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Lebanon Road in Frankfort. 

Devon A. Ricker, 28, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered ATV and operating after habitual offender revocation on Route 203 in Brooks. 

Benjamin Young, 26, of Searsmont, was arrested for failure to pay fines and a probation hold. 

April 25

A Morrill minor was issued a summons for assault. 

April 27

Kathleen A. Winslow, 31, of Swanville, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Poors Mill Road in Morrill.
