Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 25-29.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Aug. 25
Connor Smith, 18, of Winterport, was issued a summons for failure to report an accident via quickest means on Dahlia Farm in Monroe.
Sean Floyd, 57, of Swanville, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
Ashley Heeter, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating while license suspended on Nickerson Road in Swanville.
Aug. 29
Benjamin McLaughlin, 40, of Monroe, was arrested for failure to appear.
