Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity April 23-30.
An arrest does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
April 3
Nelson L. Martinez, 38, of Mount Desert Island, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Main Road South in Frankfort.
April 7
Michael J. Osborne, 65, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Back Belmont Road in Belmont.
April 8
Nicholas A Parker, 33, of Belmont, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violation of bail on Lincolnville Ave. in Searsmont.
Lionel L. Mitchell, 36, of Montville, was issued summonses for operating without a license and driving to endanger on Waterville Road in Waldo.
April 21
Kathleen L. Flynn, 54, of Appleton, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Camden Road in Lincolnville.
April 23
Lisa Z. Grant, 28, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating without a license, attaching false plates, and operating after suspension on Belmont Ave in Belfast.
