    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity March 27 - April 21.

    An arrest does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

    March 27

    Ian Hotham, 19, of Unity, was issued summonses for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and unlawful possession of liquor by a minor on Stagecoach Road in Unity. 

    March 30

    Ross C. Liberty, 28, of Fairfield, was arrested for two counts of violating a condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and burglary on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville. 

    April 8

    Ronald W. Tower, 64, of Belmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Back Belmont Road in Belmont. 

    Stephen P. Cummings Jr., 33, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for violation of a protection order and violation of a condition of release on Cross Lane in Stockton Springs.

    Jeremy Greatorex, 44, of Belfast, was issued summonses for possession of firearms by a prohibited person and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Waterville Road in Belfast. 

    April 10

    Peter E. Wing, 57, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on North Searsport Road in Searsport. 

    April 12

    Dustin P. Cassady, 45, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Kendall Corner Road in Waldo. 

    April 16

    Seth Knight, 32, of Frankfort, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault on Park Drive in Winterport. 

    April 18

    Logan Hafford, 22, of Jackson, was arrested for reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and driving to endanger on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. Hafford was also issued citations for failure to provide proof of insurance, following too closely, and operating with two inadequate tires.
