    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 20 - March 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Feb. 20

    Jordan Young, 27, of Swanville, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Boston Road in Winterport, stemming from an incident Feb. 21. 

    Feb. 21

    Brady Irish, 24, of Dedham, was issued summonses for criminal mischief, operating after habitual offender revocation, and unauthorized use of property on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Feb. 24

    Bradley Beeton, 34, of Morrill, was issued summonses for domestic violence assault, stemming from an incident Dec. 11. Beeton was also issued a summons Feb. 18 for harassment by telephone.

    Feb. 26

    Robert A. Daigle, 38, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Laffin Road in Frankfort, stemming from an incident Feb. 19. 

    Feb. 27

    Annie Chambers, 27, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for domestic violence aggravated assault on New England Road in Searsmont.

    Christopher M. Rubera, 32, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Belfast Augusta Road in Searsmont. 

    Feb. 28

    Tierra A. Stevens, 24, of Manhattan, Kansas, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means on West Main Street in Monroe. 

    March 3

    Robert Vellaro, 43, of Belmont, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    March 4

    Dustyn M. Wood, 30, of Brooks, was arrested for criminal trespass, (two counts of) theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and violating conditions of release on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks.
