BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 26 - Feb. 10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Jan. 11 (late entry)

Nickolas Philbrick, 24, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating after suspension, violation of a protection order, domestic violence terrorizing, and two counts of violating a condition of release on Route 1A in Frankfort.

Jan. 26

Steven L. Kenney, 64, of Brooks, was arrested for operating under the influence on Kenney Road in Brooks. 

Feb. 1

Lee Marden, 30, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault, stemming from an incident Jan. 11. 

Feb. 3

Timothy Eggen, 46, of Northport, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct and terrorizing on Augusta Road in Belmont. 

Feb. 4

Stephen Boyle, 50, of Northport, was arrested for burglary and theft on Rocky Road in Northport, stemming from an incident Dec. 30.
