BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 12 - Feb. 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Jan. 12

Tyler R. Ellsworth, 21, of Swanville, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on North Searsport Road in Swanville. 

Jan. 14

Chester H. Namoca, 29, of LaGrange, was issued a summons for theft on Main Road South in Frankfort. 

Jan. 19

Allison E. Moss, 22, of Hampden, was arrested for operating under the influence on Maine Road North in Winterport.

Jan. 23

Mark Whittaker, 39, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Stream Road in Winterport. 

Jan. 24

Christopher P. Daley, 36, of Searsport, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Loop Road in Searsport.

Jan. 25

Patrice M. Massicotte, 50, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1 in Belfast.
