    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 24 - Jan. 20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Dec. 24

    Robert A. Daigle, 38, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to give notice of a crash via quickest means, operating without a license, and operating after suspension on Old Belfast Road in Frankfort. 

    Dec. 28

    Adam Gray, 32, of Jackson, was issued a summons for smoking marijuana in a public place on Underpass Road in Brooks, stemming from an incident Feb. 28. 

    Jan. 11

    Lee G. Marden, 30, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Addy’s Way in Swanville. 

    Jan. 17

    Scott Brockelbank, 57, of Winterport, was issued a summons for theft on Johnson Lane in Winterport, stemming from an incident June 20. 

    Jan. 19

    Tyler Ginn, 24, of Winterport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
