    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed down by a Waldo County Grand Jury July 22-23. 

    Jacob Thomas Grass, 33, of Belfast, criminal operating under the influence and operating beyond license condition or restriction in Belfast March 14. 

    Stephen M. Powers, 46, of Stockton Springs, criminal operating under the influence and operating without a license in Stockton Springs Feb. 29.

    Scott D. Saucier, 53, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Aug. 27. 

    Wayne S. Parks, 35, of Quantico, Virginia, operating after revocation in Winterport Sept. 20. 

    Stephen J. Davis,24, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Stockton Springs Dec. 4 and Jan. 6. 

    Scott F. Mosher, 52, of Liberty, receiving stolen property (two counts) in Liberty Oc. 3. 

    Carlos Salvador Castro, 46, of Searsmont, unlawful sexual contact (five counts) in Waldo County Oct. 20, Nov. 1, Nov. 15, Jan. 15, and Feb. 10; and gross sexual assault in Searsmont Feb. 2.

    Troy S. Applegate, 44, of Monroe, aggravated assault and domestic violence in Monroe June 18. 

    David B. Bragg, 53, of China, burglary, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty June 1. 

    Sean R. Anderson, 38, of Liberty, burglary, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty June 1. 

    Joshua M. Perry, 38, of Prospect, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating conditions of release, and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Feb. 2. 

    Joel N. Peaslee, 37, of Sidney, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, and violating conditions of release in Palermo Nov. 30. 

    Rodney A. Damon, 39, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Feb. 8. 

    Crystal Curtis, 35, of Waldo, theft by unauthorized taking in Belfast Nov. 13. 

    Israel S. Robbins, 37, of Waldo, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County between Oct. 1 - Nov. 7. 

    Isabella Witham, 20, of Belfast, assault in Belfast May 17. 

    Ashleigh N. Gibbs, 30, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Dec. 11, and violating conditions of release in Stockton Springs Dec. 11.

    Thomas G. Gilliland, 58, of Rockland, criminal operating under the influence, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation and refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast Jan. 25. 

    Paul M. Lawrence, 49, of Swanville, operating after revocation and violating conditions of release in Waldo Feb. 13. 

    Basil L. Littlefield III, 37, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Frankfort May 10.
