    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed up by a Waldo County grand jury Sept. 20-21. 

    An indictment does not indicate guilt.

    William R. Snow, 43, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast April 27; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast April 27. 

    William B. Beck, 57, of Washington, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 23; two counts of violating a condition of release in Belfast March 23; criminal mischief in Belfast March 23; theft by unauthorized taking in Belfast April 29; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 29; criminal trespass in Belfast April 29.

    Joshua J. Breault, 42, of Stockton Springs, burglary in Lincolnville Sept. 22, 2021; forgery in Belfast Sept. 22, 2021; theft by unauthorized taking in Lincolnville Sept. 22. 

    Jason Bryant, 42, of Monroe, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Monroe April 30; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Monroe April 30; reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in Monroe April 30.

    Justin Merrill Campo, 37, of Montville, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Waldo June 8; domestic violence assault in Waldo June 8. 

    Aaron J. Nickerson, 47, of Unity, kidnapping in Montville Aug. 9; aggravated assault in Montville Aug. 9; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville Aug. 9; domestic violence criminal threatening in Montville Aug. 9; domestic violence terrorizing in Montville Aug. 9; domestic violence assault in Montville Aug. 9; aggravated criminal trespass in Montville Aug. 9; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Montville Aug. 9; criminal mischief in Montville Aug. 9.

    Rachel E. Gardner, 37, of Winterport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport Aug. 14. 

    Robert M. Heintz, 72, of Thorndike, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in Thorndike May 16.

    Semonie J. Littlefield, 46, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Aug. 4; violating a condition of release in Waldo County Aug. 4.

    Gina Philbrick, 44, of Searsport, theft by deception in Searsport from on or about Oct. 1, 2020 through on or about May 1.
