BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 19-26.
James Salemme, 31, of Knox, operating a vehicle without a license in Thorndike April 3, unconditional discharge; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy Aug. 11, 24 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Troy Aug. 11, 24 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Knox Oct. 10, unconditional discharge; operating a vehicle without a license in Knox Oct. 10, unconditional discharge.
Sidney W. Harris, 39, of Rockland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 12, 90 days in jail and $400 fine.
Steven A. Watson, 67, of Stockton Springs, terrorizing in Belfast May 17, 48 hours in jail.
Nicholas T. Ripley, 26, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Oct. 3, $300 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Belfast Dec. 19, 24 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast Dec. 19, 24 hours in jail.
Victor Herrera, 34, of Reno, Nevada, operating a vehicle without a license in Lincolnville Dec. 22, $250 fine.
