    BELFAST The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 22-28.

    James D. St. Pierre, 32, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Nov. 13, 2020, five months in jail and probation partially revoked; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 6, 2021, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 6, 2021, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Sept. 6, 2021, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Sept. 6, 2021, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 3, 2021, 18 months in prison with all suspended and two years of probation; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Nov. 3, 2021, 18 months in prison with all  suspended and two years of probation.  

    Albert Russell, 38, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast April 10, 2021 probation partially revoked and continued; attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 12, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 12, $250 fine. 

    Jere L. Waterman, 51, of Orono, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Aug. 31, 2021 four years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Judy L. Waterman, 64 of Orono, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Aug. 31, 2021, three years six months in prison with all but one year six months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    John E. Drew, 37, of Unity, possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under the age of 12 in Unity April 21, 2021, two years six months in prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Adam A. Daggett, 41, of Lincolnville, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Lincolnville July 11, seven days in jail; two counts of assault in Lincolnville July 11, each dismissed; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Lincolnville July 11, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville July 11, seven days in jail; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Lincolnville Nov. 5, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Nov. 5, seven days in jail.

    Benjamin W. Staples, 29, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 19, $500 fine; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Oct. 19, $500 fine. 

    John R. Gorham, 36, of Islesboro, domestic violence assault on Islesboro Dec. 4, dismissed.
