    Jessica A. Williams, 36, of Stockton Springs, murder in Stockton Springs June 20, 2021, 47 years in prison and $9,189.27 restitution.

    Hector Bohan, 33, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Liberty Nov. 4, 2021, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for 10 years, and $2,100 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Liberty Nov. 4, 2021, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Liberty Nov. 4, 2021, 30 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Angel Newton, 31, of Liberty, negotiating a worthless instrument in Morrill Dec. 26, 2021, dismissed.

    Joshua W. Ellis, 38, of Rockland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 18, $400 fine.

    Michael W. Thompson, 44, of Windham, violating a protection from abuse order in Lincolnville March 17, dismissed.

    Philip J. Dulude, 56, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast May 6, 72 hours in jail.

    Troy S. Applegate, 47, of Monroe, violating a protection from abuse order in Thorndike May 12, $1,000 fine.

    Cameron Watts, 20, of Searsmont, driving to endanger in Northport March 11, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

    Eric D. Harvey, 36, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 8, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 8, $200 fine.

    Gary Robbins, 34, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs May 28, $250 fine.

    Robert Debeck, 23, of Belfast, failing to stop for an officer in Belfast July 2, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Befast July 2, $500 fine.

    Victoria Burns, 35, of Appleton, falsifying physical evidence in Thorndike July 29, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Thorndike July 29, $400 fine; violating a conditon of release in Thorndike July 29, $250 fine.

    Tyler Ellsworth, 23, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville Aug. 8, three years in prison with all but 154 days suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Swanville Aug. 8, 154 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Swanville Aug. 8, three months in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville July 23, $250 fine.

    Astin L. Merry, 37, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe Aug. 19, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Montville Dec. 19, five days in jail.

    Erin Baker, 41, of Garland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 10, $250 fine and $995.75 restitution.

    Matthew J. McLaughlin, 31, of North Anson, hunting birds with a shotgun with more than three shells in Troy Oct. 1, $100 fine.

    Jasper J. Berzinis McLaughlin, 21, of Lamoine, failure to register a vehicle in Swanville Oct. 9, $150 fine.

    James D. Francis, 37, of Stockton Springs, fishing for or taking a shellfish from a closed area in Stockton Springs Sept. 11, $700 fine.

    Ryan W. Hamilton, 45, of Burnham, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Burnham Oct. 14, $150 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Burnham Oct. 14, $150 fine.

    Jeff Pelletier, 23, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of a wild animal or bird in Searsmont Oct. 14, $500 fine.

    Kevin Simmons, 41, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Waldo Aug. 15, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

    Herbert L. Staples Jr., 57, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Frankfort Sept. 26, $150 fine.

    Chasity Keizer, 42, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Northport Aug. 17, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport Aug. 17, $250 fine.

    Dalton Dougherty, 29, of Augusta, violating license requirements in Searsmont Oct. 12, $100 fine.

    Kent A. Wyman, 35, of Stockton Springs, violating a protection from abuse order in Stockton Springs Dec. 14, 48 hours in jail.
