    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 2-7.

    Francis Richardson III, 27, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault in Searsport Oct. 4, 2020, three years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsport Oct. 4, 2020, six months in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Oct. 4, 2020, six months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 17, 2020, six months in jail; violating a protection order in Morrill Sept. 9, six months in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Morrill Sept. 9, six months in jail and $400 fine; criminal mischief in Morrill Sept. 9, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Morrill Sept. 9, six months in jail; two counts of terrorizing in Morrill Sept. 9, six months in jail for each count. 

    Crystal G. Cunningham, 31, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Waldo Oct. 10, 2020, dismissed; attaching false plates in Waldo Oct. 10, 2020, dismissed.

    Keith E. Chase, 65, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Jan. 7, 2021, five years in prison with all but 12 months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Jan. 12, 2021, 12 months in prison and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Jan. 19, 2021, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Waldo County Feb. 1, 2021, six months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo County March 1, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Waldo County March 1, 2021, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs April 8, 2021, seven days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license in Stockton Springs April 8, 2021, seven days in jail; criminal trespass in Searsport July 16, 2021, seven days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport March 18, seven days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport March 18, seven days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs July 4, seven days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs July 4, seven days in jail. 

    Christopher A. McGinn, 36, of Howland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Frankfort Sept. 18, 2021, three years in prison with all suspended. 

    Robert M. Cushman III, 32, of Belmont, attaching false plates in Searsmont June 27, $150 fine.
