Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST  — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 10-16. 

    Brandi Howard, 35, of Appleton, unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast June 25, 2019, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont April 15, 2020, $400 fine. 

    Mark A. Whittaker, 41, of Raymond, operating under the influence in Winterport Jan. 23, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    John M. Watson, 50 of Litchfield, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restrictions) in Brooks May 7, 2021, unconditional discharge. 

    James Olafson, 43, of Detroit, operating without a license in Troy May 8, 2021, $150 fine.

    Kaitlyn M. Everett, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 23, 2021, dismissed.

    Courtney E. Cadreau, 42, of South Burlington, Vermont, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast March 19, dismissed.

    Willis Harvey, 25, of Greenbush, theft by unauthorized use of property in Winterport May 13, 24 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Winterport May 13, 24 hours in jail.

    Adam F. Hauk, 24, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 7, dismissed. 

    Robert J. Larrabee 63, of Knox, unlawful cutting of trees in Knox July 31, 2020, dismissed.
