BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 27 - Nov. 2.

Alex Small, 40, of Bangor, possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under age 12 in Winterport Jan. 20, 2019, three years in prison with all but 10 days suspended and two years of probation. 

Joshua M. Pomeroy, 34, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs Dec. 22, 2020, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Jere L. Waterman, 51, of Orono, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs Aug. 18, 2021, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs Aug. 31, 2021, four years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

Judy L. Waterman, 54, of Orono, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs Aug. 18, 2021, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs Aug. 31, 2021, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

Elvis N. Robbins, 68, of Belfast, two counts of indecent conduct in Belfast Aug. 31 and July 17, 48 hours in jail for each count. 

Tyler Batty, 37, of Belfast, failing to report in Belfast Jan. 31, 30 days in jail.
