Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 17-23.

    Kyle W. Greenleaf, 25, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Frankfort Feb. 11, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Frankfort Jan. 22, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville Feb. 21, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Feb. 21, $250 fine. 

    Rebecca Simpson, 37, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Winterport July 13, 15 days in jail; criminal trespass in Winterport July 13, 15 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Winterport July 13, 15 days in jail; criminal mischief in Winterport July 13, 15 days in jail.

    Andrew L. Bristol, 30, of Thorndike, reckless conduct in Thorndike Sept. 23, 2020, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Thorndike Sept. 23, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Thorndike Sept. 23, 2020, dismissed.

    Harold E. Duprey, 59, of Burnham, attaching false plates in Burnham Jan. 12, $150 fine. 

    Jody M. Williams, 52, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville March 13, dismissed. 

    Benjamin W. Staples, 29, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 22, dismissed. 

    Wayne Curtis, 34, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Knox Feb. 16, three days in jail. 

    James Leathers, 25, of Brooks, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Brooks Feb. 27, $150 fine. 

    Terry L. Littlefield, 61, of Montville, failing to register a bear, deer, moose, or turkey in a timely manner in Montville May 2, $300 fine. 

    Daniel S. Bailey, 47, of Islesboro, violation of gear rule (chapter 75) in Islesboro March 17, $250 fine.
