Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 3-9.

    Zachary Barnett, 35, of Winterport, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Winterport June 6, 2019, eight years in prison with all but four years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine.

    Douglas D. Knowlton, 60, of Troy, arson in Troy March 24, 2020, dismissed; criminal attempt in Troy March 24, 2020, 10 days in jail. 

    Michael L. Gray, 41, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 4, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Belfast Feb. 4, 2021, dismissed.

    Dave B. Bragg, 55, of Winslow, theft by receiving stolen property in Palermo March 8, 2021, six months in jail and $1,982.53 restitution. 

    Glen M. Harvey, 43, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville July 1, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine. 

    Andrew Gould, 20, of Belfast, aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 2, 30 months in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $1,000 restitution; criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 2, 30 days in jail and $488.36 restitution; criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 2, 30 days in jail and $628.19 restitution. 

    Brandon M. Wood, 39, of Swanville, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 23, dismissed. 

    Michael W. White, 52, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Nov. 2, two years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation.

    Dylan D. Mitchell, 22, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Oct. 22, dismissed.

    William Deane Jr., 45, of Friendship, criminal mischief in Belmont Oct. 18, 30 days in jail and $500 restitution; burglary of a motor vehicle in Lincolnville Oct. 18, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief in Belmont Oct. 18, 30 days in jail and $1,100 restitution; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belmont Feb. 15, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Feb. 15, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention by refusal to stop in Belmont Feb. 15, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belmont Feb. 15, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belmont Feb. 15, dismissed. 

    Jessica Emmerton, 38, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs March 14, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

    Steven P. Weeman, 39, of Detroit, negotiating a worthless instrument in Burnham Jan. 14, 96 hours in jail and $599.42 restitution

    Rachel E. Gardner, 37, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Feb. 19, $250 fine.
