    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 27 - June 2.

    Frederick O. Peabody, 49, of Jackson, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Dec. 22, 2018, six months in jail and $1,000 fine. 

    Amanda L. Thomas, 35, of Monroe, operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Jan. 3, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville Jan. 3, 2020, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Jan. 3, 2020, seven days in jail and $500 fine.

    Carroll Kinghorn, 78, of Milbridge, failing to stop for an officer in Searsport May 25, 2021, $150 fine. 

    Thadeous E. Macleod, 34, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs July 13, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs July 13, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Sept. 22, 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast Nov. 12, 60 days in jail; robbery in Belfast Nov. 12, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belfast Nov. 12, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 12, 60 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 12, 60 days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 12, 60 days in jail and $910.52 restitution. 

    Heidi A. Resh, 41, of Swanville, probation violation in Northport June 8, 2021, 90 days in jail and probation partially revoked; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 18, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; 

    Alexander Chaney, 21, of Dixmont, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Thorndike Dec. 6, $150 fine. 

    Aaron J. Nickerson, 47, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity April 19, nine months in jail with all but seven days suspended and two years of probation; criminal mischief in Unity April 19, dismissed. 

    Joey A. Philbrook, 35, of Unity, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Unity Jan. 27, dismissed. 

    Paul D. Myers, 50, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Freedom Feb. 3, $500 fine. 

    Isaac Keyes, 34, of Dixmont, burning without a permit in Belfast April 7, $300 fine. 

    William Hollyday, 30, of Union, operating under the influence in Belfast May 29, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 29, 48 hours in jail. 

    Augustus Dunphy, 34, of Brooks, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Brooks May 31, $100 fine. 

    Silas G. Mehuren, 20, of Searsmont, operating an unregistered ATV in Searsmont April 9, $100 fine. 

    Andrew Gould, 20, of Belfast, operating an unregistered ATV in Searsmont April 9, $100 fine. 

    Wyatt Lucas, 19, of Belfast, operating an unregistered ATV in Searsmont April 9, $100 fine. 

    James H. Lott Jr., 30, of Searsmont, allowing a dog to be at large in Searsmont April 17, $50 fine.

    Barbara I. Bouchard, 51, of Troy, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Troy Dec. 4, $500 fine.
