Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 13-19. 

    Raymond Pomeroy Jr., 36, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 14, 2021, $250 fine; criminal mischief in Stockton Springs May 12, 96 hours in jail; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Stockton Springs May 12, 96 hours in jail.

    Eric D. Harvey, 35, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport July 23, $250 fine; 

    Timothy Dowd, 20, of Unity, violating a condition of release in Unity Aug. 28, unconditional discharge. 

    Donald Moulton, 62, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 19, $150 fine.

    Stephen Cummings, 34, of Northport, violating a protection from abuse order in Northport May 12, 48 hours in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Northport May 14, seven days in jail. 

    Brandon L. Murphy, 24, of Trenton, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport May 17, $300 fine.
