Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 29 - May 5. 

    Scott D. Saucier, 55, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Aug. 27, 2019, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 23, 2020, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 23, 2020, 30 days in jail. 

    Phillip M. McFadden, 29, of Frankfort, unlawful possession of heroin in Northport Sept. 14, 2020, dismissed. 

    Robert Vellaro, 45, of Belmont, unlawful possession of heroin in Searsport Sept. 26, 2020, 18 months in prison with all but 27 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 26, 2020, 27 days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belmont Aug. 16, 27 days in jail and $400 fine. 

    David E. Lapointe, 37, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport Oct. 20, 2020, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Dave B. Bragg, 55, of Winslow, theft by receiving stolen property in Palermo March 8, 2021, six months in jail and $1,982.53 restitution. 

    James Chamberlain, 25, of Palermo, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Palermo Nov. 19, 2020, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Palermo June 18, 45 days in jail. 

    Skylee Middleton, 20, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Palermo May 22, dismissed. 

    Angel Newton, 21, of Liberty, operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked in Waldo Aug. 13, dismissed. 

    Richard A. Berrier, 38, of Montville, operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike Aug. 31, $250 fine. 

    Phillip J. Dulude, 53, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belmont Dec. 16, 48 hours in jail; criminal trespass in Belfast May 2, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 2, 48 hours in jail. 

    Tara Leach, 38, of Islesboro, criminal trespass on Islesboro Jan. 12, dismissed. 

    William E. Foster, 35, of Freedom, attaching false plates in Frankfort Dec. 12, $150 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Dec. 12, $250 fine. 

    Christopher Pedersen, 31, of Winterport, operating a vehicle after registration suspended in Belfast Feb. 15, dismissed. 

    Albert Russell, 38, of Knox, operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Jan. 28, dismissed. 

    Cameron Marden, 19, of Frankfort, operating a vehicle without a license in Unity Feb. 17, $200 fine. 

    Krysta S.M. Sweetland, 22, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Feb. 18, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast April 1, dismissed. . 

    Daniel Hubbard, 65, of Unity, certificate of title from dealer violation (three counts) in Unity May 6, 2021, May 25, and May 29, $150 fine for each count; vehicle dealer violation in Unity Dec. 8, $150 fine. 

    Richard C. Brown, 25, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast April 30, 72 hours in jail. 

    Joshua R. Miller, 50, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast Feb. 24, $500 fine.
