Sydni A. Barham, obituary
ROCKLAND — Sydni Allison Barham, 31, died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on April 26, 2019.
She was born on October 16, 1987 in South Bend, Indiana to Earl Bruce Barham and Mollie Paulette Brunetti.
Moving to Eudora, Mississippi at a young age, she was educated in local schools and moved to Maine in June of 1999 and was a graduate of Medomak high School.
Her mother recalls that as a young girl she would refer to herself as a ‘tom-girl’ and loved to wear a pink tutu even when playing in the dirt with other boys.
Sydni was known to be very artistic and loved doing a variety of crafts, but her passion was landscape design. She worked for some time as a landscaper with the Harley Company and dreamed of eventually having her own landscape design company.
She was a very giving person and would often help those in need financially even if she knew she wouldn’t have enough for herself. She had many friends as evidenced by her Facebook account and loved spending time with them as much as she could.
She loved all children, but the true loves of her life were her two sons, Kaiden and Gage whom according to her mother, she adored and was a great mother to. She had a special place in her heart for her dog, Mercury Elise, who was always with her wherever she went.
Sydni is survived by her father E. Bruce Barham and his partner, Susan Gainther of Memphis, TN; her mother M. Paulette Bernetti and her partner Andy Bell of Belmont; two sons, Kaiden M. Dodd of Camden and Gage M. Crawford of Rockport; a brother Larry Livingston and his fiancée Ginger Ekles of Rockford, IL; her companion and partner Christopher Knight, Jr. of Rockland; a nephew Justin Livingston of NY; a niece Jordan Livingston-Williams of IL; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends are invited for an informal gathering of love and remembrance, Friday, May 3, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland.
Burial will be private at the family’s convenience.
