I have known Jeff Evangelos for about 30 years.  During that time, I have watched him in different settings, and he is always thoughtful and committed to fixing what ever he observes that is on a wrong track.  I don’t know anyone with a stronger sense of what’s right and what’s wrong.

As State Representative, he has work tirelessly to support local businesses, and in particular, the working waterfront. 

I have been in the business of processing seaweed in Waldoboro for about 40 years.  During the past several years, there have been increasing tensions between people who make their livings at the shore, and people who buy property on the shore. 

Jeff worked long and hard on legislation that would clarify the rights of Mainers who harvest their wages at the shore.
