CAMDEN — Ruth (Dean) Soule, 99, of Camden passed away on August 21, 2018 at her home. She was born on July 19, 1919 in Lincolnville the daughter of Elmer and Vivian (Moody) Dean. A memorial gathering is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
