Rockport Police beat: Theft, passing a school bus with lights flashing, OUI
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Feb. 27-March 2. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Feb. 27
Christine G. Aston, 63, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for passing a stopped school bus with lights flashing.
Feb. 28
Jacob Graf, 24, of Spruce Head, was charged by Officer Robbie Shaw for theft.
March 3
Juvenile, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for insurance violation, carrying passenger beyond license restriction.
March 4
Sam Turner, 34, of Rockport, was charged by Shaw with operating under the influence.
Richard R. Robbins, 33, of Winterport, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for insurance violation.
March 5
Amy R. Libby, 43, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for insurance violation, failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
March 6
Joel E. Woods, 39, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection and insurance violations.
March 8
Japheth L. Scott, 18, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for passing a stopped school bus with lights flashing.
Glenn R. Baker, 54, of Hope, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.
March 9
Monica H. Robinson, 28, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
March 10
Larson L. Platt, 25, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Smith for operating an unregistered motor vehicle 30-150 days.
March 12
Kate E. Holland, 23, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.
