Rockport Police beat: OUI, arrest warrant, inspection violations
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity May 5-10. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
April 4 (late entry)
Jessica Linscott, 24, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for failure to register motor vehicle.
May 5
Kathleen Dailey, 67, of Brooks, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for inspection violation.
May 6
Jonathan D. Johnston, 26, of Augusta, was charged by Officer Robbie Shaw with operating under the influence.
May 7
Kevin J. White, 30, of Swansea, Mass., was charged by Officer Chris Taylor with operating under the influence.
May 8
Jared Drown, 32, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Ford for towing unregistered trailer.
Svetlana M. Lawry, 54, of Rockland, was charged by Ford with operating under the influence.
John W. Simpkins, 26, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection and insurance violations.
Jason Colunio, 42, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for probation violation.
May 9
Raymond N. Porter, 39, of Searsmont, was arrested by Ford on a warrant.
Alexandria Hews, 18, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons by Shaw for seatbelt violation
May 10
Michael A. Ripley, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.
