ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity June 16-23. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

June 16

Jesse Grinnell, 26, Transient, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for disorderly conduct.

June 17

Joel Harkins, 35, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for violating condition of release.

Joseph Kuhn, 61, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Moore for operating under the influence and failure to dim headlights.

June 19

David Atwood, 47, of Warren, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for insurance violation.

Gretchen Hope, 42, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 48 mph in a 30 mph zone.

June 23

Allen Fogg, 27, of Jefferson, was arrested by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence; eluding an officer; operating after suspension; criminal speed.

Alan Ranquist, 19, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for attaching false plates;

Adam MacFee, 51, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

George Eisenhauer, 30, of Portland, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

Travis Rideout, 26, of Holden, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.

Richard Crockett, 48, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation and failure to register motor vehicle.

June 24

Elijah Burnham, 27, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Smith for studded tires; violating condition of release; operating after suspension.

June 25

Joshua Dow, 18, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to obey traffic control of a bicycle.

Eric Moody, 25, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for operating while consuming alcohol on a public way.

June 26

James Benner, 32, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
