Rockport Police beat: Criminal speed, driving to endanger, arrest warrants
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity March 22-29. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 22
Christopher Gamage, 42, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for insurance violation.
Justen Grant, 25, of Old Town, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
March 23
Carl Achorn, 72, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
March 25
Collin Burns, 27, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for inspection violation.
Cynthia Carter, 18, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
March 26
Jason Johnson, 34, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to register motor vehicle.
Anaya L. Miller, 23, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
Augustine Fernandez, 20, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
March 27
Jazman Nash, 28, of Rockport, was arrested by Ford on two warrants.
Rafael Baeza, 48, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Mark Rixon, 57, of Hope, was issued a summons by Ford for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
March 29
Suzanne Dunavent-White, 46, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Paul M. Davis, 31, of Bucksport, was arrested by Smith operating under the influence, driving to endanger, criminal speed, insurance violation, criminal trespass, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to stop at a stop sign (two counts), failure to notify of address change.
