ROCKPORT — Families are invited to dress up and join Youth Librarian Stephanie in Memorial Park (across from the Rockport Library), Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 4 p.m., for a Halloween parade through Rockport Village. After, there will be cider, chocolate milk, and treats.Musical guests Brandon and Jackie Gibbons, from Outbound Music Lessons, will be providing interactive musical fun, assisting Stephanie with a sound-filled Halloween story, and will be available to chat about their in-home music lessons for students in the area.In the event of rain, the event will be moved inside the library.
