Rockland police investigating more vandalism incidents, charge one suspect
ROCKLAND – Rockland Police have identified several suspects and charged at least one individual after an investigation that began Friday morning, Aug. 12, following reports of properties vandalized during the early morning hours.
Police said they received at least five complaints of property having been "tagged" with racist and vulgar language, according to news releases on its Facebook page.
Children’s playground equipment was also vandalized.
The incidents occurred on Admontem Avenue, North Main Street, and Harbor Park and appear to have occurred between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on Aug. 12.
“We appreciate the communities patience as we continue to investigate this and will be releasing more information as soon as we are able,” police said in the release. 
“We would like to thank those in the community who have come forward with information,” police also said.
