ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity Feb. 24-March 3. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. 

Feb. 27 

James Dorazio, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Shirey for failing to appear. 

Allen Brody, 30, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Shirey for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. 

Feb. 28 

Layla Gifford, 22, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for failing to appear. 

March 1 

Teresa Blake, 54, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for unpaid restitution. 

Christopher Clancy, 22, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence. 

Julie Weaver, 42, of Hope, was issued a traffic citation by Officer Shirey for operating a vehicle while passengers possessed open alcohol containers.
