ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity March 9-April 10. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

March 9

Jessie Piper, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo on a warrant.   

March 10

A Juvenile was charged by Sgt. Ken Smith with criminal mischief. 

Trevor Wilson, 26, of Thomaston, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with operating after suspension. 

Kristi Vanblarcom, 38, of Camden, was charged by K. Smith with violating conditions of release. 

Melissa Eaton, 35, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for expired inspection. 

Jasmine Young, 22, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for speeding. 

Robert Benner, 54, of Appleton, was arrested by Gaylor for criminal trespass.  

March 11

Joshua St Germain, 27, of South Thomaston, was charged by K. Smith with illegal attachment of plates.

March 12

Richard Butler, 37, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

Samantha Buchanan, 26, of Rockland, was cited by K. Smith for failing to stop at a stop sign.  

March 14

Three juveniles were charged by Officer John Bagley with burglary (residence) and stealing drugs. The juveniles are accused of entering a citizen’s home and stealing medicinal marijuana. 

Leif McClellan, 33, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence. 

Elton Thornhill, 45, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on warrants.  

March 16

Adam Johnson, 36, of Long Branch, N.J., was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence. 

Ryan Guimond, 26, of Hallowell, was charged by Gaylor with false public report. 

Jacob Graf, 24, of St. George, was arrested by Bagley for a probation violation.  

March 17

Philip Davis, 26, of St George, was arrested by Redden on a warrant.    

March 18

Sarah Levangie, 42, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence. 

Adam Capizzano, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano on a warrant.  

March 19

Joshua Mills, 23, of South Thomaston, was cited by Gaylor for expired inspection.  

March 20

Kathleen Zable, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley for a probation violation. 

Chris Raye, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.  

March 21

Toni-Lee Mondello, 40, of Rockland, was cited by K. Smith for speeding.  

March 23

A Juvenile was charged by Solorzano with possession of drug paraphernalia.  

March 24

Ari Hecht, 55, of Washington, was charged by ACO Troy Peasley with allowing a dog to roam at large. 

David Zografos, 39, of Thomaston, was arrested by Labo for operating under the influence.  

March 25

A Juvenile was charged by Sgt. Matt Lindahl with theft (shoplifting alcohol). 

Michelle Lee, 42, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

Kyle Robinson, 20, of Thomaston, was cited by K. Smith for failing to maintain control of a motor vehicle and failure to produce tint certificate.  

March 26

Alex Henthron, 21, of Camden, was cited by Gaylor for operating after suspension.  

March 29

Paul Davis, 31, of Bucksport, was charged by Bagley with criminal trespass.   

March 30

Jessica Grindle, 36, of Sedgwick, was arrested by Gaylor for operating after suspension and attaching false plates. 

Jeremy Raburn, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano for a probation violation.  

Jason Simpson, 49, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano for a probation violation.  

March 31

Edward Ricker, 30, of Bangor, was arrested by Labo for operating under the influence, charged with unlawful possession/use of marijuana.  

Tonya Bober, 32, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension. 

April 2

Stephen Benner, 29, of Rockland, was charged by Sgt. Anthony Camporiale with violating a protective order and violating conditions of release.  

April 3

Darryl Lange, 53, of Rockland, was cited by K. Smith for speeding. 

Nathan Libby, 27, of Rockland, was cited by K. Smith for speeding. 

Jason Libby, 43, of St George, was arrested by Officer William Smith for violating conditions of release.

April 5

Mark Post, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.  

April 6

Jessica Hans, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest. 

Corey Conway, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Labo for a probation violation. 

Thomas Weeks, 37, of Warren, was arrested by Labo on a warrant.  

April 8

Craig Holmes, 26, of Union, was arrested by Gaylor or operating under the influence and violating conditions of release. 

Kenneth Starr, 47, of Union, was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence.  

April 10

Shawn Martineau, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley for domestic violence assault.
