ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity April 1-30. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

April 1 

Nicholas Davis, 19, of Thomaston, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for speeding.              

Nathan Dodd, 31, of Rockport, was cited by Gaylor for failing to display a valid inspection sticker. 

April 2    

Christopher Benner, 23, of Deer Isle, was arrested by Gaylor for violating probation. 

Leeann Condon, 46, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence.  

Chad Delano, 44, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on warrants. 

April 3 

Tyler Isidro, 23, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence. 

Nathan Wyman, 25, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for expired registration and failing to produce evidence of insurance.  

April 4 

Megan Johnson, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for domestic violence assault. 

Justin Couture, 25, of Cushing, was charged by Gaylor with theft and violation of violation of conditions of release. 

April 7              

Linda Rackliff, 32, of Rockland, was cited by Bagley for failing to display a valid inspection sticker. 

Brian Burch, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for violating probation.              

April 8   

Brian Burch, 23, of Rockland, was charged with burglary by Detective Sgt. Russell Thompson.  

April 9 

John Mitroka, 44, of Rockport, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.                        

Mesina Watts, 39, of W.Va., was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence.  

April 10 

Michael Beal, 30, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to display a valid inspection sticker.  

James Myers, 43, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

April 11 

Kaili Mayberry, 27, of Jefferson, was cited by Gaylor for failing to display a valid inspection sticker. 

David Crudell, 62, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to display a valid inspection sticker.                  

Christopher Gaffney, 35, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to display a valid inspection sticker.  

Kenneth Wooster, 43, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to display a valid inspection sticker and arrested for violating conditions of release. 

April 14              

William Burrows, 22, of Belfast, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension.  

Harold Clarke, 53, of Rockland, was cited by Officer Michael Freyer for speeding. 

Tracy Leavitt, 37, of Saint George, was cited by Freyer for speeding.  

Sarah Baldwin, 57, of South Thomaston, was cited by Freyer for a seatbelt violation.  

Lynn Libby, 51, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.  

Anthony Bates, 53, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

April 16 

Tyler Ward, 20, of Belfast, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence, operating without a license, and cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and illegal transportation of liquor by a minor.  

April 17 

Collin Marshall, 19, of Walpole, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for failing to display a valid inspection sticker and failing to obtain a Maine driver’s license within 30 days of residency.  

April 18 

Ryan Newbert, 19, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and aggravated furnishing of alcohol to a minor. 

Annie Gross, 28, of Warren, was arrested by W. Smith for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child. 

April 20 

Ashley Green, 32, of Fla., was charged by Redden with operating without a license. 

April 21 

Jeremy Dennison, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for endangering the welfare of a child, refusing to submit to arrest and violation of probation.                         

Robert Bouchard, 35, of Swanville, was cited by Shirey for a seatbelt violation.                        

Robert Young, 41, of Vinalhaven, was cited by Shirey for a seatbelt violation.  

April 22 

Yosief Gebrewahid, 20, of Augusta, was charged by Gaylor with illegal transportation of liquor by a minor.               

April 23              

Mandy Dennison, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for endangering the welfare of a child and possession of scheduled drugs.  

April 24 

Montgomery Sykes, 42, of Thomaston, was cited by K. Smith for operating to avoid a traffic control device.                  

David Heft, 64, of Rockland, was cited by K. Smith for failing to display a valid inspection sticker.  

Mandy Dennison, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.  

April 25              

Shawn LeClerc, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence and operating without a license.

Richard Pallitto, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for domestic violence criminal mischief and domestic violence assault.                         

Herbert Simmons, 35, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for violating probation.

Fern Gordon, 57, of Rockport, was charged by Smith with operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.  

Henry Peters, 52, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for operating under the influence.

Haley Wall, 32, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with violating conditions of release.
