ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity June 1-30. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

June 1  

Gary Sanborn, 38, of Rockland, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for a seatbelt violation.  

Brittany Fales, 28, of Rockland, was cited by K. Smith for a seatbelt violation.          

Juvenile, 17, was cited by K. Smith for a seatbelt violation and driving with passengers on an intermediate license.         

Peter Soucy, 65, of Dedham, was cited by K. Smith for a seatbelt violation.          

Marinthia Small, 25, of Rockland, was cited by K. Smith for a seatbelt violation.            

Jason Pierce, 24, of Tenants Harbor, was cited by Officer John Bagley for failing to maintain control of a motor vehicle.  

June 2 

Gregory Roy, 48, of North Monmouth, was cited by Officer Addison Cox for failing to stop at a stop sign.

June 3   

Caleb Collins, 19, of South Thomaston, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.               

Scott Kennedy, 44, of Rockland, arrested by Officer William Smith for domestic violence assault.              

Cory Breen, 28, transient, was arrested by Cox on a warrant.           

Ronald Robishaw, 53, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension and possession of a suspended driver’s license.  

June 4 

Ryan Carballo, 32, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey on a warrant.   

June 5 

Kevin Real, 52, of Jefferson, was cited by Gaylor for expired registration.  

June 7           

Kellie Myracle-Pelligri, 49, of Shelburne Falls, Mass., was cited by K. Smith for operating to avoid a traffic control device.  

June 8 

Amanda Unklesbay, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on a warrant.

June 9              

Nicholas Guernsey, 21, of Warren, was arrested by Cox for a probation violation.              

Allen Boody, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on a warrant.              

Elizabeth Hyde, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for operating under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, disorderly conduct and charged with possession of marijuana. 

June 10 

Joseph Dinapoli, 27, of Cushing, was cited by Shirey for unnecessary acceleration noise.  

June 11              

Ian Beckett, 30, of Appleton, arrested by Sgt. Matthew Lindahl for operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons.  

June 12              

Martinique Merrill, 39, of Rockland, was arrested by Lindahl for a probation violation.  

June 14 

Thomas Timmins, 58, of Delray Beach, Fla., was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence.            

June 16 

Katina Kaler, 37, of Cushing, was arrested by Cox on warrants.  

Andrew Byer, 36, of Rockland, was cited by Cox for unnecessary acceleration noise.  

June 17 

William Fearing, 61, of Rockland, was charged by Shirey with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.  

June 18 

Thomas Hargrove, 38, of Warren, was arrested by Detective Joel Neal for disorderly conduct.  

June 19 

Suzette Robinson, 45, of Rockland, charged by Gaylor with endangering the welfare of a child.               

Abernathy Miller, 51, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime.  

June 20

George Lebourdais, 50, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release and possession of a suspended driver’s license.  

June 21              

Nunez Rene Wilber Machado, 30, of Hialeah Gardens, Fla., was cited by Cox for failing to follow turn direction.          

June 22 

Caleb Madore, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox for violating conditions of release.  

June 23 

Jason Fogg, 26, of Warren, was arrested by Shirey for violating conditions of release and charged with theft.              

Jessica Sinclair, 30, of Rockland, was arrested by Neal for theft.

June 24 

Patrick Dupuie, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Neal for domestic violence assault.  

June 25  

Shauna Landre, 37, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for possession of scheduled drugs and disorderly conduct.            

Charles Lincoln, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Solórzano on a warrant. 

June 26 

Chase Staples, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence, operating without a license, failing to stop for a law enforcement officer, criminal speeding, driving to endanger and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Jeffrey Goddard, 30, of Rockland, was arrested by K. Smith on warrants. 

Andrew Pratt, 39, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.  

June 27              

A juvenile, 17, was charged by Gaylor with assault. 

June 29  

Jeffery Door, 35, of South Thomaston, was charged by Bagley with theft.  

Jamie Anderson, 38, of Waldoboro, was charged by Cox with criminal trespass. 

Melissa Thompson, 35, of Camden, was arrested by Shirey for operating under the influence.  

June 30 

Casey Warner, 29, of New Harbor, was cited by Cox for speeding.  

Shauna Landre, 37, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.
